Terms and Conditions – Deccan Home Services

  1. Genuine Products and Complete Process Handling
    Deccan Home Services uses only genuine, branded paints and handles the entire painting process from start to finish, ensuring quality and professionalism throughout.
  2. Inclusive Pricing
    Our pricing includes both material costs (paints, primers, etc.) and labor charges. There are no hidden costs in our estimates.
  3. 1-Year Service Warranty
    We offer a 1-year service warranty against paint chipping and bubbling. This includes both labor and materials.
  4. Warranty Limitations
    The warranty does not cover issues caused by seepage, leakage, heavy rain or structural cracks in the building.
  5. Shade Selection Policy
    Clients can choose up to 3 shades free of cost. An additional charge of ₹500 will apply for every extra shade selected.
  6. Project Cancellation Policy
    Once a site is initiated or work is in progress, mid-project cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  7. Terms Modification
    Deccan Home Services reserves the right to update, modify or revoke these terms at any time without prior notice.
  8. Payment Terms
    A. Payment Stages: (if the Project value is below Rs.1,00,000/-)
    * 25% – Booking Amount
    * 75% – On Full Job Completion
    B. Payment Stages: (if the Project value is above Rs.1,00,000/-)
    * 25% – Booking Amount
    * 50% – On Half Job Completion
    * 25% – After Completion of Full Job
  9. Refund & Material Deduction on Cancellations
    If a project is canceled after materials have reached the site, material and labor charges will be deducted as per the company’s rate card. Refunds will be processed within 7 days.
